Registration for 2021 open from 22 August

This year’s Swiss Cycling Alpenbrevet should have taken place on Saturday, 22 August 2020. We are still sad that this event had to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, thanks especially to the numerous donations, we are able to look into the future and already concentrate on the Swiss Cycling Alpenbrevet 2021, which will take place on 4th September 2021. We are doing everything possible to ensure that the Swiss Cycling Alpenbrevet takes place next year. We are still sad that this event had to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. And so we can look forward to this day again, and hopefully you too. And so we can look forward to this day again, and hopefully you too.

Routes

The routes of the Swiss Cycling Alpenbrevet 2021 will be the same as originally planned for this year’s event. Nowhere else it is possible to climb so many passes and metres in altitude in one day as at the Swiss Cycling Alpenbrevet. The Platintour offers the epic passes Susten, Grimsel, Nufenen, Lukmanier and Oberalp. Those who do not feel up to this challenge can switch to the shorter, but no less attractive Gold- or Silbertour. The Goldtour leads over four passes and the Silbertour attracts with the historic Tremola on the Gotthard. Still too tough? Then we have the perfect alternative with the Bronzetour, which leads over two passes. The start of the Platin-, Gold- and Silbertour is in Andermatt. The Bronzetour starts in Ulrichen in the Obergoms. For all tours the finish line will be in Andermatt.
